Do you have public liability insurance?
Yes. We hold public liability insurance (PLI) as well as employers' liability insurance (ELI), which is a legal requirement. Please feel free to ask for a copy of our cover.
I'd like drone shots - how high can you go, and where can you fly?
We're licensed to fly and work to the drone code, planning and mitigating on every site. We can fly in most places once airspace, permissions and safety are checked; some locations near airports, restricted airspace or busy areas need extra clearance. Tell us the site and we'll confirm what's possible before the shoot.
As a client, do I need to be present at the time of the photography?
Of course not - we always love the face time, but we're confident carrying out the project and delivering the results without you needing to be on site.
Do you have to be booked a long time in advance?
We keep a fluid diary and can often turn work around quickly. That said, the earlier you talk to us the easier it is to plan the shoot around the light and the site - so do get in touch as soon as you have a date in mind.
