Chipping Norton

Our journey with this development began long before the first residents arrived. With aerial drone photography we captured the site's setting on the edge of Chipping Norton, a market town in the Oxfordshire Cotswolds — the countryside around it, the local landmarks, and the amenities that make the location so desirable.

As the development took shape we returned to photograph the completed show homes, inside and out. Through considered lighting and composition we brought the homes to life, so the houses read as part of somewhere real — the kind of context a floor plan leaves out.

The set was finished at the studio and handed over for the scheme's marketing.
