Kings Langley
From the earliest stages of construction we documented this development in Kings Langley, in the Hertfordshire countryside beside the Grand Union Canal, with aerial drone photography — placing the site in its landscape, the green around the houses and the canal that runs past the village.
As the scheme progressed we came back for the finished show homes, working safely and efficiently on an active site to produce the interior and exterior photography. Buyers tend to ask what is nearby before anything else, and the aerial and local-area set answers it.
Everything was finished at the studio and went out with the video, a complete run from the first site to the final frame.
The brief
From early inception this project carried high expectations — aerial stills and video, local area and every aspect of architectural photography, then finished off at the studio. We flew to the drone rules and checked the site on the day, and delivered the retouched set for the launch.
