A run of new houses in Speen, on the western edge of Newbury, photographed through the summer as each plot was finished and handed over.
We shot the show homes and a few of the completed plots, then waited for the right light to catch the street with the planting in. Our client uses these in place of computer renders, so the houses had to look exactly as a buyer would find them on the day.
Colour work and clean-up were done back at the studio before the images went out.
The brief
Our client wanted photography of the finished plots for the sales website and the brochure. We planned around the weather and the handover dates, shot the house fronts and whatever street scenes were ready, and turned the retouched images round for the launch.
