Welborne Garden Village
An exterior set of Welborne Garden Village, a new community in Hampshire, built up over a year of visits as the development took shape.
By coming back at different times of day and across the seasons, we caught the homes, the streetscapes and the landscaped green spaces at their best - completed plots and finished houses alongside the wider character of the place, from the wildflower meadows to the play areas and the quiet corners.
Everything was finished at the studio for a versatile library that carries across digital and print.
The brief
A comprehensive library of exterior photography - street scenes, individual completed plots and every newly finished home as the development progresses - along with the landscaped areas, green spaces and seasonal change through the year, for use across marketing, sales literature and future campaigns.
